The website of the County of Los Angeles Department of Public Health (California, USA) does not support HTTPS at any of the various domains I've found:

Will the department's website support HTTPS before the end of 2024?

This question resolves to YES if, at any time before the end of 2024 (using local time in Los Angeles), the department's website supports HTTPS. Otherwise, this question resolves to NO.

To check if the website supports HTTPS, I will load an HTTPS URL for the homepage. For a YES resolution, the requested page must load without redirecting to any plain-HTTP URL. Embedded content such as images may be loaded over plain HTTP ("mixed content") and there may be links to plain-HTTP URLs. This must work for at least one domain, and it need not be any of the ones listed previously so long as there is credible evidence to indicate that it is an official domain.

I will conduct this test occasionally throughout the year, and I may miss cases where support is temporarily added. I will accept any credible evidence of HTTPS support in the comments.

I may trade in this question as usual.
