Resolves YES if President Donald Trump is physically present at COP30 in Belém, Brazil at any time from Nov 10–21, 2025, documented by an official White House schedule/statement, UNFCCC host coverage, or pool/video/photo evidence from recognized outlets showing him at COP30 venues. If he never appears in person during the conference window, resolves NO. (Remote remarks or U.S. delegation attendance without Trump do not count.)
