A vessel which would go far away from earth and measure acceleration to try to detect differences which aren't detectable so close to earth & the sun, to inform cosmological theories about MOND (Modified Newtonian Dynamics) and Dark Matter theories.

This goal should be a primary one of the mission, although it can have others.
