Resolves YES if there is evidence that Apple has invested the amount before January 1, 2030. Examples of possible evidence are statements by Apple, analyses by journalists, or general consensus. Resolves NO otherwise. Edgecases should lean towards YES (eg. if there is proof that Apple invested $500 billion and so-so evidence that they invested another $100 billion, that would also be YES).
