This market resolves YES if Medicare or Medicaid will pay for weight loss drugs (e.g. semaglutide, ozempic) for the purpose of weight loss before 2029. This market resolves NO if this does not happen. For example, if Congress amends the law to enable Medicare to cover Ozempic, but it will not begin covering it until 2029, then this market resolves NO.
While Medicare presently covers Ozempic for diabetes, it does not do so for weight loss.
