The announcement must identify a specific person and not suggest new developments or new possible suspects.

Such announcements will not close this market. Only an official declaration from the FBI on who hijacked and jumped from the Northwest Orient plane on the day before Thanksgiving 1971, or the end of the year, resolves this market.
