This question resolves YES if the US House of Representatives votes to pass articles of impeachment against JD Vance between his inauguration on 20 Jan 2025 and the end of his term of office on January 20, 2029.

The impeachment can be for vice president or president, whichever office JD Vance holds at the time of impeachment.

This question resolves NO if impeachment of JD Vance by the House has not occurred and it is 21 Jan 2025. This question may resolve NO early if JD Vance ceases to hold any executive office for other reasons (e.g. death, resignation) and therefore cannot be impeached.

Note that this question resolves YES to the House of Representatives voting for impeachment alone, and does not require Senate conviction or removal from office.
