Does a renamed Google Chrome count? For example, if Google is broken up as a monopoly by the government, and the browser is renamed to Pi Chrome?

Does a Chromium-derived browser count? Say, something like Microsoft Edge takes over, which is still 99.9% Chrome under the hood?

@AmmonLam as worded, the literal answer to the title is YES, since Google Chrome currently remains the most popular browser, and this has happened by 2028.

Presumably you mean either "until" (resolves NO if it is overtaken at any point) or "at" (resolves based on state of affairs EOY 2028), recommend updating the title with which one you mean!
