If there is no population listed, or Wikipedia becomes defunct or unreliable, I will consider other sources for an accurate population count. The definition of population is the general definition for human cities, i.e. humans making their primary home within the structure (even if their place of work is not within the structure). If the structure is abandoned or destroyed before resolution such that no-one lives there, I will resolve to zero.

What are sweepstakes markets?
