Resolution Criteria

This market will resolve to the first date by which the creator is able to successfully purchase (not just find) an RTX 5090 at a price no higher than $2,299 (115% of the $1,999 MSRP). If the creator purchases a 5090 above 115% of MSRP, the market resolves to "Later or Never or I'll pay more than that.

Extra info for people to use as they wish: I am open to spending 115% of market price and will do so at the first opportunity presented to me for the forseeable future.
