This seems like as good a place to ask as any: how do you make these permanent stock markets? I can't see any options to do it in the "create a market" menu. Is it just disallowed to new users, or is there something special I have to do?

@Dfe2f It's no longer possible to make them. When the new multiple choice market type was rolled out, they removed support for all market types other than multiple choice and Yes/No.
