Also counts if JD Vance is promoted to Presidential Nominee for ANY Reason and appears on voting ballot as such.

The January 6th event IS bias towards Trump.
If it meets the 3 conditions, it does not matter where it occurs, but obviously DC is the most likely place for it to meet the 3rd condition of Interrupting the Electoral College vote count.
Re-Elected/Elected, simple correction, most would read past it and understand it as common sense. Also, semantically speaking, Harris if she wins is technically being re-elected just as President and not Vice President.

What if it is caused by
False claims of 2024 presidential election fraud by Harris and her allies?
Would that resolve January 6th Type Event?
What if it is not in DC, but elsewhere like the 2020 riots (but was about the election)?

Harris must be voted by eligible US Voters and inaugurated.
Trump must be voted by eligible US Voters and inaugurated.
Only Trump can be “Re-Elected”, Harris can be Elected but not Re-Elected.
And while this part is Not bias, it is simply needs an update to the responses.
Trump or Harris or (unlikely but other has a non-zero chance) will be Elected in November. The responses should read “inaugurated” or “becomes President” this change would match your description. Don’t you want your questions to be clear?
