It depends on your definition of a tornado.

This water spout had a funnel cloud that didn't touch down, but it did have some effects at ground level. Does the 2nd link here count if it's a tornado being reported?

This Wikipedia page lead me here with a report which lead me to some Facebook video links of the event. The links don't seem to work properly when I post them here, unfortunately.

Also, the Oxford tornado seems like a research trap. The reports came out on the 14th, but I think touchdown may have been on the 13th.
