Not sure if it's up your alley, but I enjoyed some of Mr. Bill's songs, like Corot-7b.

Listen to otto. A little more melodic but definitely reminiscent of some aphex twin albums (come to daddy is one that comes to mind).

Burial, Squarepusher, Boards of Canada, Autechre are the obvious ones I think
