Honestly I don't see how the today ruling changes anything. But as everyone is saying it is decriminalization, i will resolve it as yes.

I honestly wasn't trying to force an early resolution as there some ambiguities left. Not to mention the fact that the court's decision hasn't been formally published in official "diaries" yet. However, as the market description isn't too elaborate I wanted to get more clarification before betting even more right now .anyways, thanks for the quick reaction
