"Scandal" means the song has got to have some fame to it, otherwise nobody cares.
Doesn't have to be all AI, e.g. lyrics or melody would be enough as long as it's enough to cause controversy/outrage.
Has to be revealed in a discovery rather than a gimmicky way on release (whether this scandal is "real" or a publicity stunt, I won't go into).
Suspicions without confirmation/admission will not count unless overwhelming evidence, according to my best judgment.
I won't trade in this market, to be better able to make subjective calls.

Sorry if the title vs description is misleading, I'll try changing it, but the spirit of the question is that the controversy regards it being revealed to be AI-generated.
Controversial AI-generated songs is not enough to resolve this to YES.
I think this was already clear in the description, and kind of also in the earlier title.
