What is this meant to mean? There was no new COronaVIrus Disease (COVID) in 2020 (20), thus this doesn't exist. Is it meant to be covid-19?

@wolf it's just a gag to mean a new pandemic.

Maybe it would have been better for me to put covid 2.0 or covid the sequel. it is not ment to m=be take seriously.

@HussleBird Fair enough! Either of those, or maybe SARS-CoV-3 might sound a little better.

You might want to clarify how you would resolve for another pandemic that isn't SARS/Covid related though. I assume you intend this to mean any pandemic in this case? Maybe we'll get zombies instead.
