Must be allowed by the laws of both countries.

The market resolves once it's legal, even if it's banned again shortly afterwards. If there's an announcement that it will be legal, the market waits until it actually is legal.

If it doesn't happen by 2026 I'll continue adding years until it happens, so bet on "other" if you think it will be later.
