How many currently-closed US commercial nuclear reactors will reopen by the beginning of 2030?

Excludes military and small experimental/research reactors. Some nuclear plants have multiple reactors, and each reactor would count separately.

Nuclear reactors must have been closed as of September 20, 2024 and subsequently reopened and entered active service (sending power to the grid and/or an end user) at a later date, by January 1 2030.

List of US nuclear reactors. 13 have been closed since 2013; before that, the last closure was in 1998

What are sweepstakes markets?
There are two types of markets on Manifold: play money and sweepstakes.
By default all markets are play money and use mana. These markets allow you to win more mana but do not award any prizes which can be cashed out.
Selected markets will have a sweepstakes toggle. These require sweepcash to participate and allow winners to withdraw any sweepcash won to real money.
As play money and sweepstakes markets are independent of each other, they may have different odds even though they share the same question and comments.
