This market will resolve to the name of the next person who is awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom With Distinction, an exceedingly rare honor. If for some reason multiple people are given the award with distinction at the same ceremony, this question will resolve equally to their names. This is, however, very unlikely.
President Trump never awarded this honor, and president Biden has yet to do so. President Obama gave the award to then-VP Joe Biden, and President Bush gave the award to Pope John Paul II. Bill Clinton gave the award to Colin Powell, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. George HW Bush gave it Ronald Reagan.

Wow, I was really surprised by the news. I had assumed Biden would do them all in one batch.
Thinking about it though it makes sense that in this case he would do it in a separate session.
