This market resolves YES if a general vote in Los Angeles County in which all ballots are cast in 2024 succeeds, which establishes a directly elected executive. To keep it simple: it doesn't matter what powers this executive has, just that there's a directly-elected position created in the LA County Board of Supervisors with "Executive" in the name. The position does not need to start in 2028 specifically, but it should have SOME date by which it commits be be implemented.
