This market will resolve to "Yes" if any new city is built on federal land, is officially reported to have been built at any point before the end of 2039. At least 10,000 people must live there. The city must be a new development and not a reclassification of an existing city. Otherwise the market resolves to "No".

Will not resolve yes for military settlements.

My tinfoil hat tells me freedom cities might be connected to the network state shenanigans, and it seems like progress on that is actually going somewhere. Not anywhere good, but somewhere.

Can you explain how the title relates to the description?
"Freedom city" vs "any new city on federal land" seem confusing. Are these by definition the same somehow? Or is there a typo?
