Using the 2020 elections as an example: Biden got 51.3% of the votes, while Trump got 46.8%. Had there been a market like this one at the time, the (absolute) difference would have been 51.3 - 46.8 = 4.5, and the answer would have been [3% - 5%].

I've extended for another week as reporting is still at 95%.

I was thinking I could resolve once the remaining % to report would not change the results.
