Will Wisconsin's gerrymandered state legislature maps be struck down before the next election?

Wisconsin is one of the most egregiously gerrymandered states in the country, with Republicans consistently winning nearly 2/3 of the seats in the legislature, despite it being an evenly divided swing state. However, liberals now have a majority on the Wisconsin Supreme Court and are likely to strike these maps down.

This market resolves YES if the maps for both chambers of the Wisconsin legislature are struck down before the 2024 elections, and the state uses new, fairer districts in 2024. It resolves NO if the same districts that were used in 2022 are still used in the November 2024 elections, even if a court case has already declared that they can't use those districts in future elections (this could happen if the court case takes place too close to the election for the districts to be changed).

I will count the districts as fairer if the new maps were drawn or approved of by the court that struck down the current maps, an independent redistricting committee, or any other body that is expected to produce a fairer map, or if unbiased sources agree that the new maps are fair.

Looks like this is a YES: https://www.nbcnews.com/news/amp/rcna130983

I won't resolve it yet because there still isn't a new map yet, and the resolution criteria require that, but I don't really see any way that a new map wouldn't be drawn in time for the next election.
