Resolves to my own judgment. “End of year” means by 11:59 pm local time on December 31, 2025.
YES if I post a clear comment on this market saying I believe I’ve learned to manage my emotions by that time, no later than January 7, 2026.
NO if I post “No” (or equivalent) by January 7, 2026, or if I don’t post a clear yes/no by that date.
Tie-breakers: If conflicting statements exist, the latest pre-deadline dated statement governs. Edits after the deadline are ignored.

This is a first-person, subjective goal; per Manifold norms for personal markets, my explicit statement is the source of truth for resolution.

To reduce ambiguity, I can pre-commit in the comments to a simple rubric (e.g., handling two stressful situations using deliberate strategies, or keeping a weekly log for December).
