There's current congressional negotiations about immigration legislation
Will they pass anything nontrivial on border security, asylum, or deportation by the November election?
@Mana I'm hoping it won't come to a judgement call - if they pass the current senate bill (or a substantially similar house version) that counts, but I don't want some minor technical change like "extend the window for H1B applications by 15 days" to count for this market. If there's a version you're not sure whether it would count feel free to ask.
(I'm not betting on this market myself to avoid bias on this)
@ShakedKoplewitz specifically, anything that's expected to change total visas granted in a given category by at least 5000 per year, or change average decision wait times for a category with over 10k people by at least a month would count.
