one could argue (troll logic or not) that while he's a candidate for an imminent election, he's always mid campaign!

@Stralor I get the feeling that in America it's almost always campaign time. Except maybe between the election and the inauguration. Although in Trump's case that's the time for the insurrectionist campaign, so...
