Ciconia: When They Cry Phase 1 came out in 2019. Since then, the series has been on hiatus for Current Events reasons. But comments by Ryukishi07 suggest that Phase 2 remains planned for eventual release, whenever Current Events stop happening quite as much.
Market resolves Yes if Ciconia Phase 2—in complete form, not just e.g. a demo—is buyable (not necessarily in English) by members of the public before 2026.
