he Biden administration launched a massive multi-year lawsuit against SpaceX for not hiring asylum seekers, despite the fact that SpaceX is legally BARRED from hiring non-permanent residents under ITAR, because rockets are an advanced weapons technology. In other words, it was both illegal to hire asylum seekers and illegal not to hire asylum seekers!! An insane case of lawfare against

@SpaceX

COMMON SENSE PREVAILS AS DOJ DROP LAWFARE CASE AGAINST SPACEX In a major turnaround, the Department of Justice announced it would dismiss its lawsuit accusing SpaceX of discriminating against immigrants when hiring.

Think it can resolve now case dropped as above.

Will this be resolved? @VAfc3f ?

How specifically will you adjudicate this claim? News stories, company filings/announcements, something else? What if SpaceX is forced to comply but after December 31st?

The case has been blocked from proceeding:

A U.S. judge has blocked the U.S. Department of Justice from pursuing an administrative case accusing Elon Musk's SpaceX of illegally refusing to hire refugees and asylum recipients.

This only makes sense if you mean "non US nationals who are refugees or asylum seekers"

@lukres No, because SpaceX has allegedly claimed repeatedly not to be able to hire non US nationals due to export restrictions- including refugees and asylum seekers. Hope that helps.

@VAfc3f but ammended for clarity's sake. Thanks for the input.
