This market resolves "Yes", if reports appear that the policy has been broken by any of Mullvad's activities, including any white-labelled offerings such as Mozilla VPN and any affiliated businesses that are substantially controlled by Mullvad or its employees.

This market resolves "No" if no reports appear.
