This question assesses the Cabinet's ability to deliver on its key policy objectives and promises. I hope to add more goals letter, for example when the longer government program is published. Feel free to post suggestions!

I will use mostly government sources to resolve the questions. For the question on competitiveness, I will use the Global Competitiveness Report from WEF.

If not otherwise stated, these questions will close on the day the Schoof cabinet leaves office.

The growth in the number of civil servants and the use of consultants in (core) departments in recent years will be more than reversed.

@aCivic How will you resolve this one? (what do you mean with recent years and do both have to be reversed?)

I decided to remove this question since it was too unclear, might add a question about the Roemer norm later.

No, the legislation would have to be permanent.

The healthcare deductible is 165 euros or lower in 2027.

@aCivic How will this resolve if the cabinet falls before the end of 2027?

If they first manage to set the deductible to 165 and then leave office this will still resolve as YES.
