How big a place? (a city maybe)
How contiguously? (80% of the time over those 3 years maybe)

@Pepe Good question. I suppose I'll say it has to be the same address, and if I am temporarily somewhere else, but not long enough to update my address with the bank and the post office, I won't count that as a move.
