Resolving Rules
This question will be resolved YES shortly after the visit occurs, or it will be resolved NO at the beginning of 2026 if no such visit occurs.

The Eastern Time Zone (ET) (timezone of Washington, D.C.) will be used to determine the year 2025.

@mods Is it possible to completely remove the spam comments? Not just "hide" them (which is what I see available for me in the UI and what I have already done), but to permanently delete them so they don’t clutter the market?
