Any criteria for “win out”?

I'm also curious about a source. Elon likes to RT articles about how the site has killed bots but it's very obvious there are tons of bots and disingenuous users trolling the site with bad takes/shit takes/misinformation/generally aggressive comments and they're not "real" users.
