Since it was undefined, we'll be using the common definition of aliens as found on wikipedia, aka extraterrestrial life in any form. Sorry to anyone who was hoping to resolve by extraterrestrial intelligence (a valid assumption, but I'm swinging my mod privileges), an Alien franchise Xenomorph, or a technicality on foreigners or introduced species being called alien.

Define aliens? Bacteria on Europa count? What if they can’t figure out if bacteria on mars are from mars or from earth then carried over? Also close date needs fixing
