The dismissal was just appealed to the 11th circuit, but the prosecutors did not ask to fast-track the appeal, which means the last briefing from the government to the 11th circuit is not even due for two months.

@JakeLowery Update: Trump asked for a 30 day extension for his FIRST brief, which is now not due until October 25th, after which the government has a month to respond, before the court schedules any oral arguments. It is somewhat unlikely that the 11th circuit will even decide the case by this market's deadline, let alone the Supreme Court.
