Resolves if there is a publicly released national dataset from a national sample, it has to be called a "biobank" and/or be approved by the government. You need the whole genome sequenced.

Most of these countries already have biobanks that also meet all of the criteria in the question, but I will leave some of the free candy for other traders.

What if the biobank is owned or managed by both the government and other entities? Also, what counts as "national sample?"
