Resolution Criteria:

This market will resolve to “Yes” if, by December 31, 2025, daylight saving time (DST) is officially abolished in the United States through federal legislation or executive action, resulting in a permanent shift to standard time or daylight saving time year-round.

The elimination of DST must be confirmed through one of the following:

• A signed federal law that explicitly ends daylight saving time.

• An executive order from President Donald J. Trump that effectively eliminates DST nationwide.

• An official announcement from the U.S. Department of Transportation or Congress confirming the abolition of DST.

If no such law, executive order, or official confirmation is in place by December 31, 2025, at 23:59 PT, this market will resolve to “No.”
