This resolves to YES if Voyager 1 becomes unreachable prior to 2025 and we no longer can send or receive data. Once it becomes unreachable, the question will resolve a month later if contact is not re-established or 2025 arrives (whichever comes first.)

@quantizor resolve NO? Original issue in your comments has been fixed, no new issues to my knowledge
Note that Voyager 1 is currently still sending data, just garbage data. NASA is attempting to restore normal functionality via remote-triggered reboots of various systems and perhaps some sort of software update. This market resolves when data can no longer be sent to or received by from the satellite.
