Here's a new iteration of my cold shower market. The last version ran one year and was successful. I'm doing this to challenge myself, save money on electricity and get health benefits from taking cold showers.
Timeframe
2025-09-29 to 2025-12-31, inclusive.
Weekly definition
Weeks run Monday–Sunday in local time.
Scope and exceptions
Only at-home showers/baths count.
No rules apply when physically ill.
Banking rule
If no warm shower/bath is taken in a week, that week’s warm shower/bath is saved and can be used in a later week with in the timeframe of this or a following market.
Resolution criteria
YES if each Monday–Sunday week has at most one at-home warm shower or warm bath, with any extra at-home warm uses covered by saved weeks or the stated exceptions.
NO if any week exceeds available saved usage for at-home warm showers/baths without fitting the exceptions.
