will figure out a good definition of done, since right now the concern is the officials will just call it 'done' to get it finished by the 100th anniversary, even if some parts are not finished

@strutheo if the main entrance is missing, I think most people would consider that it is not finished. I would say missing building parts (e.g. main entrance) is not complete, missing some sculptures or other decorative items could be complete.

@strutheo Would you mind adding a definition of "be fully complete" to the description?

@Lion fully complete as determined by several mainstream news outlets and the architects themselves. any other edge cases you can think of?

@strutheo as determined by several mainstream news is the worst definition ever. The architect is dead 😂. I think of something like the exterioir is finished, but not the interior, the landscaping isn't finished etc.

@Lion imeant the current architects/engineers haha.

yeah landscaping would not count, i am concerned with the building itself. let me look into what they consider complete for this recent announcement. i believe its just the last two spires

@strutheo From the Guardian

Although the building is set to be complete by 2026, work on sculptures and decorative details and, above all, the controversial stairway leading to what will eventually be the main entrance, is expected to continue until 2034.

That explains why I'm asking.
