There is currently arrest warrant for insurrection as a result of Yoon briefly imposing martial law in late 2024 which was subsequently overturned by the South Korean government.
The previous attempt to arrest Yoon by South Korean anti-corruption investigators failed after a long stand-off between his security team.
Resolves to "Yes" on credible reports that South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol is in police custody before February 1, 2025*. Otherwise it will resolve to "No". Announcement of his intention to surrender is not sufficient to resolve to "Yes".

@vitamind If he voluntarily appears for questioning without an arrest, will he be considered "in police custody" just because there are cops around? The note about "intention to surrender" not counting makes me think No.
