In order to resolve to YES, the new article title must not contain the word at all.

If the article is deleted entirely, this resolves to YES if the motivation was along the lines of "it's inappropriate to have an article with this title or on this subject", and to NO if the motivation was anything else. (But I'm not stupid, I'll try to consider the real motivation, not just what people claim it was.)

Only counts a long-term renaming, not vandalism that's quickly reverted.

A teacher was just fired for reading To Kill a Mockingbird to his class without censoring "nigger".

So an innocent "no, officer, not censoring " deletion would be a NO,okay

Is there a meta-market on whether the title of this market will be censored?

I assume something like adding a " (slur)" disambiguation parenthetical wouldn't count for this? Your current title seems to imply it would.

@jskf That would not count, I've updated the title.
