Anyone watched the movie and can confirm or anticonfirm?

@Tetraspace I think the closest we got was the scene from the trailer, but there was no dialogue. The kid bumps into a tree, causing one of the logs to break and turn into an item. He stares at it for a few seconds, then punches down the rest of the tree for wood. He then uses the wood to build a house. As he's building, another character remarks something along the lines of "How is he doing that," but it's in reference to the placing of blocks, not the punching down of the tree from a minute earlier. AFAIK, that was the only time anyone punched a tree in the movie.

The trailer features a tree with a block missing, the top and bottom floating, will a small pickupable wood item between. Bullish indicator imo.

I wonder whether the Minecraft Movie reference the principle of You Should Never Dig Straight Down. I don't care though so I'm not making that market but someone else can if they want.
