Resolution Criteria
To qualify, a stock must be publicly-traded and have a market cap (prior to the >10% move) of at least one billion dollars.
A >10% move is defined as the official close-to-close price from before to after the announcement.
If the movement is widely attributed to something other than the OpenAI partnership it won't count.
The company can be one that OpenAI has an existing partnership with.
Partnership will be interpreted broadly to include various forms of announced deals and relationships between the company and OpenAI.
Background
The basic situation is that if OpenAI announces a big partnership with a public company, that company’s stock will go up. Today OpenAI announced a deal to buy tens of billions of dollars of chips from Advanced Micro Devices Inc., and AMD’s stock went up. As of noon today, AMD’s stock was at $213 per share, up about 29% from Friday’s close; it had added about $78 billion of market capitalization.
