@ClubmasterTransparent If you live long enough, cancer is often a seemingly inevitable "default". So, if you're making guesses about someone who seems likely to make substantial efforts towards health and longevity in other ways, cancer is a likely candidate. 90% seems perhaps high, but I'd expect the rate to be higher than in the general population.
