What do you mean by "bad"? Morally bad as a person? Bad for the United States as a President? By an objective standard, or against some average? Or some other sense entirely?

There're some senses in which I'd say he is bad, a few in which I'd say he isn't, and some others in which I'm delaying my judgment until I see what consequences he actually has on the country.
