Will any of these three things, or a similar event happen? Resolves YES if in my subjective judgement Trump does something like this. I will look at criteria like:

• Is the media reporting on it as Trump retaliating against Norway?

• Does Trump state it's about the peace prize?

• Does the act seem otherwise unmotivated or unlikely to have happened within its timeframe without the motive of not receiving the peace prize?

EDIT: It's already visible in the question data but just to make it explicit if a month passes (we reach November 9) with nothing that looks like retaliation from Trump I resolve NO.
