It was Steven Cheung, not Trump who said the Nobel Committee "put politics over peace." Trump is unlikely to acknowledge any loss.

@jcb A separate Nobel Piss Piss Prize is being discussed by our committee. If the motion goes through, a competition will be held where the winner's (very pissful) piss will be mailed to the winner of the Nobel Piss Prize as the prize.

It just seems liile the title and the rules point in different directions. Someone who just read the title might think this would resolve NO if Trump did NOT win the Nobel. The rules say otherwise.
